This Privacy Policy explains how ON ("ON", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of on.vidlo.io, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you access or use our website and services (the "Service"), and sets out your rights and choices. We are committed to processing data lawfully, fairly and transparently, and to complying with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive where they apply to you. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Who we are and the scope of this Policy

ON is the party responsible for the limited processing of information described here. ON operates as a content index that helps users discover short dramas and films; we do not host video files ourselves and do not require you to register or create an account.

This Policy applies only to the Service. It does not apply to any third-party website, application, embedded player or advertisement that we do not own or control, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.

2. Information we process

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service. We do not ask you to provide, and we do not knowingly collect, directly identifying information such as your name, postal address, telephone number or a password. Depending on how you use the Service, the following limited categories may be processed:

Playback on the Service is provided by external media hosts through embedded players. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of these third parties.

7. How we share information

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Any change takes effect once the revised Policy is posted, and the "last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.
